Day 1: Arrival Day

Meeting with the representatives of (Free Spirit Tours) at Tbilisi international airport, transfer to the hotel. Check-in in the hotel.

Overnight: in Tbilisi

Day 2: Tbilisi City Tour

After breakfast in the hotel we will start our tour by visiting old Tbilisi, to visit 13th century Metekhi church, with the equestrian statue of the city’s royal founder standing above the steep cliffs of the Mtkvari River. The church has been destroyed many times by the enemy. Afterwards enjoy the opportunity to travel by cable car and reach the great monument of the Mother of Georgia. Then descend from the mountain, through the narrow streets to the Narikala Fortress, from there you can enjoy amazing view of Tbilisi. Then we will walk to the Tbilisi Mosque which was built in XVI century. Continue to 7th century Sioni Cathedral, it is considered one of the most sacred places in the country, since it houses the holy cross of St Nino, the young woman who converted Georgia to Christianity in the early 4th century; Sioni was the only active church during Soviet Occupation. We visit 6th century Anchiskhati Basilica, the oldest church in the town. After that we will go to a restaurant for lunch.  After Lunch we will continue our tour  to the Liberty Square  and famous Rustaveli street, on our way we will see the Rustaveli’s  theatre, old opera, parliament and then we will visit the Georgian national museum “Simon Janashia”, which displays the country’s principal archaeological findings,   then we will go to a restaurant to have dinner, after we will go to the hotel.

Day 3:  Tbilisi – Ananuri – Stepantsminda - Gudauri

After breakfast in the hotel we will make check- out and drive to Mtskheta-Mtianeti region.  First visit to Ananuri castle The Ananuri fortified ensemble dating from the 17th century, is located on the left bank of the Aragvi River, along the famous original Georgian Military Highway, 66km from Tbilisi. It contains the remains of a number of beautiful frescoes, after we will visit Arch of friendship (was built in 1983 to celebrate the bicentennial of the Treaty of Georgievsk.) From the monument is opening beautiful view of the Caucasus Mountains. Then we will head to Kazbegi (Stephantsminda). we will go to a restaurant for lunch. After lunch we will drive with 4×4 car to visit Gergeti trinity church, at an elevation of 2170 meters. It was built in XIV century, from the monastery is amazing view on the Caucasian mountains. Then return to Gudauri. Arrival in Gudauri and Hotel check-in.

Day 4:  Gudauri

Breakfast in the hotel.

Free day in Gudauri for ski activity.

Day 5:  Gudauri - Borjomi - Bakuriani

After breakfast in the hotel we will make check-out and drive to Bakuriani –  resort is located on the northern slope of the Trialeti Range, at an elevation of 1,700 meters above sea level. Then we will continue our way to the hotel, we will receive the rooms and drive to the restaurant for lunch. After lunch we will visit Borjomi Park. Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park is the first national park created in independent. Borjomi is famous with its mineral water. Then return in Bakuriani.

Day6:  Bakuriani

Breakfast in the hotel.

Free day in Bakuriani for ski activity.

Day 8:  Bakuriani – Uplistsikhe – Mtskheta - Tbilisi

After Breakfast in the hotel, we will make check- out and drive to visit Uplistsikhe caves town – one of the oldest places in the Caucasus, which were founded in the Bronze Age. The first mention of Uplistsikhe occurs even in the annals of I century BC. I. e. history of the town was full and ambiguous – it has experienced several ups and downs and finally was abandoned in the XIX century. The city is known for its unique rooms, tunnels, rooms and many others. After the adoption of Christianity in Georgia, were built several churches. For centuries it served as the royal center and commercial crossroads Kartli. Then we will drive to the restaurant for lunch. After lunch visit to Mtskheta – old capital of Georgia Mtskheta. (Due to its historical significance and several cultural monuments, the “Historical Monuments of Mtskheta” became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994. There we will visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Jvari monastery. Then drive to Tbilisi. Arrival in Tbilisi and Hotel check-in. then we will go to a restaurant to have dinner, after we will go to the hotel.

Day 9: Departure Day

Transfer to Tbilisi International Airport.
